		The design process An initial consultation is arranged to discuss your requirements and to establish a budget. Following this meeting a design proposal is prepared detailing the next steps and the design fees. On approval of the proposal a full design brief is discussed with you, along with a full site analysis which includes a survey, research of the area, analysis of the architecture of the area, taking soil samples and noting the aspect. Using the information collated a concept design unique to you		is discussed prior to a final master plan being presented. Planting plan and plant schedule A planting plan further enhances the hard works of a scheme: building texture, form, and colour into your environment. A detailed layout of planting is provided showing the quantity of plants required, their Latin name and their exact location. To complement the planting plan a summary of the total quantity of each plant required along with a suggested supplier is also provided.
