Management of tender process Contractors specialising in your size		and style of garden are contacted and invited to tender. The tender package is prepared, queries answered and discrepancies verified. You will receive a report summarising the returned tenders along with the details of the recommended contractor. Contract administration The build of your garden is overseen including arranging and attending meetings between you and the contractor, liaising between you and the contractor during the building works, and ensuring key features are built as specified.
